BASKING RIDGE, N.J. – Viking Pest Control, an Anticimex company, has been voted a 2021 NJ Advanced Media Top Workplaces Winner, as determined by Energage.
“In 2021, our team was awarded the Best Places to Work award based on an employee engagement survey,” says Human Resources Director Linda Sklar.
This award is given to companies that create a culture where employees feel engaged, appreciated, and fulfilled, Viking said.

In addition to the Top Workplace award, Viking Pest Control received four Culture badges. These badges are Meaningful Work, Open Minded, Supportive Managers, and Clued-In Employees. Culture badges are awarded to the top 25% of all organizations in Home Service Industries surveyed in the past twelve months by Energage.
