GILBERT, Ariz. - Certus expands in the Southwest with acquisition of Bryant Pest Control, located in Gilbert, Ariz.
Bryant was Founded in 1995 by Ray and Karla Bryant. Ray Bryant, president of Bryant Pest Control, said, “We had run our company together for over 25 years and were not looking to sell. Then Certus found us. Our main focus was the continued success of our valued employees, many of whom have been with us for years. Certus’ philosophy is People First, and that became clear in meeting with the Certus team. We are confident they will take good care of both our employees and customers as we begin a new chapter in our lives.
Certus was easy to work with throughout the sale process. We continue working together as a team to ensure a smooth transition.”
