Coalmarch has announced the promotion of Frank Andolina as chief operating officer (COO).

Andolina brings experience leading the marketing and operations teams at Coalmarch, where he has played a key role in advancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the services they provide. He has nearly fifteen years of marketing expertise under his belt and served as the Marketing Director at Triangle Pest Control prior to his time at Coalmarch.

With Andolina moving into the COO role, Coalmarch has also promoted several veteran team members to their leadership team, including: Christin Nein (Director of Products & Promotions), Elizabeth Valeri (Director of Team Experience), Rachel Betterbid (Director of Marketing Services), and Rachel Kirkpatrick (Director of Client Success). Kyle Hofmeyer continues to serve as Director of Technology.

Says CEO, Donnie Shelton, “I’m thrilled to have Frank overseeing operations at Coalmarch as we begin a new chapter in our company’s growth. For the past five years, we’ve been innovators in the way pest control businesses approach digital marketing and recruitment – and now we’ve built a strong and enduring culture that is poised to lead the industry.”

“This restructure aligns with our increased focus on our products and delivering incomparable results,” says Shelton, who acquired the business in 2015. Coalmarch recently unveiled their Sprowt marketing platform and Forgely people management platform at the annual CO2 conference

“Frank’s experience and the strength of this new leadership team will allow us to further develop our products and services to better address the unique needs of home service industries. We remain completely focused on giving pest control leaders the solutions they need to grow their businesses.”
