Jeff Teague (from October -- Jeff Teague.tif), a third-generation pest management professional, recently founded and incorporated Responsible Services, Cincinnati, Ohio.

David Price (from October -- People-Price.tif) has been named director of commercial services with PermaTreat Pest Control, Fredericksburg, Va.

Atlanta-based Orkin recently added Robert McFarland to its executive team as vice president of marketing. Allen Janusz also joined the company as director of e-commerce.

In other company news, Atlanta Business magazine recently named Glen Rollins president of Orkin and vice president of parent company Rollins, as one of its “Top 25 Atlantans to Watch.”

Univar USA has hired Steve Niedzwiedzki as outside sales representative for the Southeastern Florida area.

Dr. Ron Harrison joined the Orkin Technical Services Department as corporate technical director. Harrison will take over for Frank Meek, BCE, who will be moving to the new Orkin international technical and training director position.

Bird-X hired Dave Kogan as marketing manager. The company also recently recognized warehouse manager Joyce Dall for her 30 years of service. 

Paragon Professional Pest Control Products welcomes Randall Davis as its newest sales representative. Davis will work with pest management professionals from the Mississippi River to the Rocky Mountains.

Sunair Services Corporation, the parent company of Middleton Lawn and Pest Control, appointed Jack I. Ruff to serve as its CEO and president effective July 25. John Hayes, the company’s former CEO and president, has left the company to pursue other interests.

Janis Reed the training and technical director at ABC Services, Austin, Texas, was elected director-elect of the Certification Board of the Entomological Society of America (ESA).

Schendel Pest Services announced the promotions of Tim Powell to general manager and Mark Lillis to director of pest services.

James Rodriguez ,who joined J.T. Eaton & Co. as in January as the Southwest sales manager, is now also the manufacturer’s territory manager for Puerto Rico.

Ehrlich Distribution is expanding its sales coverage of the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States with the addition of George Covely and Scott Posocco. Covely will be based in New Jersey and cover the Mid-Atlantic states. Posocco will be based in Connecticut and cover the New England States.

George E. Williams Jr. joined Environmental Health Services as general manager.

Carl Tanner CEO of Liphatech, has been elected to the board of directors for RISE.

Networkcar, a wireless fleet management service provider, announced the addition of Joshua Haims as vice president of finance.
