Joshua Farley joined Douglas Products as vice president of sales for the North American Pest Management division. Farley has more than 29 years of experience in commercial sales and management, including being a co-owner of Arthur Pest Control and managing sales and operations at TruGreen.
Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Scott Svenheim to national training manager, and Mike Duncan to national technical manager. Both men were longtime training and technical department employees, Svenheim joined the company in 1986 and Duncan in 2001, and their positions are newly created.
Jeannie Vadeboncoeur recently joined Freedom Pest Control as commercial account manager with the goal of expanding the commercial client base and introducing new pest management technology to existing clients. Vadeboncoeur previously worked as a strategic account executive for Advance Reproductions for four years.
Solvay appointed John Lampariello as fumigation sales manager for the Americas. Lampariello will support customer accounts, steward products and focus on new applications. Assisting Lampariello in North America will be Jeffrey Kolpa in marketing and business development and Courtney Christensen for technical expertise.
Massey Services announced the promotion of DJ Shaw as the new construction West division manager. Shaw will oversee the company’s pre-construction pest and termite services in Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana.
Andrew Kennedy was recently promoted to manager of Truly Nolen Pest Control’s Port St. Lucie, Fla. service office. Kennedy joined Truly Nolen in 2018 after spending four years in the restaurant industry and serving eight years in the U.S. Navy.
