Dave Bradford will lead Certus as its new chief executive officer. Bradford joined Certus in September 2021 as chief financial officer. Other new appointments to the Certus leadership team include Dawn Hammond as chief human resources officer, David Joles as vice president of operations, East, and Eric Chavez as vice president of operations, West. Co-founder Mike Givlin will step down as CEO and move to an advisory role as a member of the board of directors.

Stacy O’Reilly, longtime president and owner of Plunkett’s Pest Control, announced that she is stepping down, effective Jan. 1, 2023. Plunkett’s director of innovation and shared services, Aly Silva-Mulgrew, will succeed O’Reilly as the fifth president in the company’s 108-year history.

Karl Kibodeaux has been promoted to key accounts manager for the CSI-Pest division. In his new role, Kibodeaux will continue to report to the CSI-Pest division director, Sam Pass. Kibodeaux has been with CSI for more than eight years.

Turner Pest Control promoted Cheri Michaels to president. Michaels has been acting as interim platform president of Turner Pest Control for the past three months, in addition to her role as vice president of sales.

Syngenta has appointed Matt Higley as a new territory manager within its Professional Pest Management (PPM) business to support distributors and pest management professionals. Higley will be assisting customers in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina and Tennessee with their pest management needs.

PestWest USA announced that Paul Griffin has joined its team as eastern regional technical specialist, while Susan Scott has been added as accounting manager. Griffin has previously held both management and sales leadership positions with two major pest control product manufacturers. Scott has more than 20 years of accounting experience, most recently as finance and operations director for a large marketing company.
