CARY, N.C. — Envincio, a pest control product manufacturer, has consolidated operations and relocated to Cary, N.C. Formerly known as Prentiss, Envincio develops, manufactures and markets organic and synthetic pest control products used by professional pest control operators.
“The Cary and greater Research Triangle Park area offer great opportunities for our business," says Randy Canady, chief operating officer, Envincio. “As a North American hub for the industry, there is a tremendous ‘critical mass’ of expertise and support in this area.”
Envincio is building infrastructure in the area to support development and marketing of new solutions for pest control needs. The company is also introducing new Essentria FIFRA 25(b) exempt insecticides and the EPA-registered botanical insecticide brand family, Envi. Company initiatives also include expanding the traditional pyrethrum-based Elite brand, re-branding the rest of its portfolio, and restructuring its geographical sales focus to better service customers.
Envincio operations are headquartered off Weston Parkway in Cary; the company also operates a manufacturing facility in Georgia.
