EnviroPest expands its presence in Colorado with the acquisition of branches from Evergreen Pest Solutions in Denver and Colorado Springs. Evergreen continues to operate in other states but exits the Colorado market with this move.
“This is the strategic step we have been looking for all year,” said EnviroPest President Kevin Lemasters. “We have been in the Denver and Colorado Springs market for the past year but struggled to get the organic growth we’ve benefited from in northern Colorado over the years.”
Anticimex acquired EnviroPest in October 2020.
Paul Giannamore and Franco Villanueva-Meyer of The Potomac Company represented and acted as exclusive financial advisors to Evergreen Pest Solutions in this transaction.
