Environmental Pest Service Acquires Statewide Pest Control

The acquisition adds density to the company's presence in southwest Florida, adding $1.3 million in annual pest, termite and lawn service revenues.

BOCA GRANDE, Fla. – Arrow Environmental Services, a subsidiary of Environmental Pest Service, (EPS), has acquired Boca Grande, FL-based Statewide Pest Control. The acquisition adds density to Arrow’s presence in southwest Florida, adding $1.3 million in annual pest, termite and lawn service revenues. This marks EPS’s 96th acquisition since 2010.
 
For more than 20 years, Statewide Pest Control has been offering residential and commercial pest control services to the residents of southwest Florida. In addition, 12 employees, including sales representatives, service technicians and administrative staff have joined the Arrow Environmental Services team.
