As a Technical Service Manager at Control Solutions, Inc. (CSI), Heather Patterson plays a key role in supporting the development of new products within the company’s growing pipeline. Working closely with the product development team, she helps shape the CSI portfolio of solutions which are designed to meet the evolving needs of pest management professionals. In addition to influencing product direction, Patterson builds technical training materials that educate PMPs on the many pests and control strategies available to manage them.
“Our access to a broad range of trusted active ingredients and formulation capabilities at CSI headquarters allows us to explore innovative ideas and bring meaningful solutions to market,” she said. With cockroach control being one of the industry’s most prominent challenges, this is a major area of focus for the CSI PD Team. In 2025, CSI launched its first cockroach gel bait, Fuse® Cockroach Gel Bait, marking a significant milestone for the company.
Patterson received her undergraduate and graduate degrees in entomology from the University of Florida, where her research focused on urban and structural pests.
