Honorguard Pest Management Acquires Bentley Pest and Property Services

The acquisition expands Honorguard’s presence in the Tennessee market.

KNOX COUNTY, Tenn. - Honorguard Pest Management announced the acquisition of Bentley Pest and Property Services, a Tennessee-based pest management company specializing in pest and termite services.  This will serve as Honorguard’s first acquisition in the Knox County, Tennessee metro area, and will allow Honorguard to expand on its full line of services including termite, pest, and mosquito services with their existing operation in Knoxville.

Jeff Hawley, president of Honorguard Pest Services, said, “We are very excited to welcome the Bentley Pest and Property Services team members and customers. Bentley’s reputation for customer service is a direct reflection of the experienced team they’ve built. We are now positioned for further expansion in and around the Knoxville metro area and surrounding counties.”
