
Jessica Strange-George is the Research and Development Director at MGK, where she plays a leading role in advancing ant control innovation. She holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an M.S. in Entomology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln.
Over the past 10 years at MGK, Strange-George has worked across both entomology and microbiology roles and now leads the R&D team, which focuses on new product development, active ingredient discovery and innovation. Her work is driven by a strong interest in ants and the complexities of ant behavior and control.
Strange-George was instrumental in the development of Sumari® Triton, helping shape the formulation strategy behind a bait designed to address the nutritional preferences of a wide range of ant species while maintaining long-term stability. Working closely with cross-functional teams, her efforts helped bring a technically complex ant solution to market, supporting pest management professionals with effective, science-driven control options.
