BUCHANAN, N.Y. — JP McHale Pest Management, an Anticimex company, acquired Premier Pest Control of Southampton, N.Y., along with its partner organizations, North Shore Exterminating of Cutchogue, N.Y., and Target Pest Control and Tick Masters of Southampton.  
 
Premier has provided residential and commercial pest management services to Long Island since 1996.
