
Pest Pros Pest Solutions, Sacramento, Calif., acquired North Valley IPM, a pest control firm based in Yuba City, Calif.
For the past 20 years, Dave and Maggie Cheatle have operated North Valley IPM.
The acquisition grows Pest Pros’ presence in Northern California, particularly in communities north of Sacramento, Pest Pros said.
“This is also a deeply personal milestone for me as founder and president of Pest Pros,” Pest Pros President Josh Fleenor said. “Dave and Maggie are now part of the Pest Pros family, and their story, sacrifice and values will forever have a stamp on our organization. We are better because of them.”
Thompson Street Capital Partners, a St. Louis-based private equity firm, announced that PestCo Holdings has acquired the assets of Bio-Tech Pest Control.
Based in Spring, Texas, Bio-Tech Pest Control provides residential and commercial pest control services across the Houston metropolitan area.
“This acquisition supports our continued expansion in Texas, and we are excited to welcome the Bio-Tech team to PestCo,” said Jay Keating, PestCo CEO. “We aim to earn the loyalty of Bio-Tech customers and expand opportunities for PestCo team members across the U.S.”

GoPest, Daphne, Ala., has expanded with the acquisition of ProShield Termite and Pest, Tillmans Corner, Ala.
As a result of the merger, ProShield’s founder and president Michael Hayes will join GoPest as technical director.
Senske Family of Companies (SFC) announced the acquisition of Huerter Lawn Care, a provider of professional lawn care services in the Kansas City, Kan., region.
Huerter Lawn Care was founded and grew under the leadership Mike Huerter. The company’s values and customer-first approach align seamlessly with SFC’s mission to provide best-in-class services, SFC reports.
King Pest Solutions announced the completion of three acquisitions in 2025, adding Maverick Pest Management, Grand Junction, Colo., in September, Advanced Pest Solutions, Grand Junction, Colo., in October and T&J Pest Control, Canon City, Colo., in October to its network in Colorado.
Having operated in these markets for several years, King Pest Solutions said the additions will strengthen its customer base and enhance service capabilities across the Western Slope and Southern Colorado.
“Each of these companies brings a strong local reputation and deep community ties,” said Casey McDaniel, president of King Pest Solutions.

A pair of Anticimex companies — Viking Pest Control and Modern Pest Services — made recent acquisitions.
Viking Pest Control, located in Warren, N.J., acquired B.J. Riley Pest Control, York, Pa. The transaction was completed on Nov. 20, and was announced by Cetane Associates, which represented B.J. Riley.
B.J. Riley Pest Control was founded in 1993 by Robert “B.J.” Riley, who brought more than 43 years of pest control experience to the business. The company grew from a one-man operation into a team of technicians.
Modern Pest Services, headquartered in Brunswick, Maine, acquired Envirocare Pest Control, Watertown, Conn. The acquisition was announced by The Aust Group, which represented Envirocare.
Founded in 1998 by David Bisaillon, Envirocare Pest Control is a full-service pest and termite control business serving residential and commercial clients throughout western Connecticut.
