
Arrow Exterminators announced the merger and acquisition of Brock 360 Pest Solutions, a residential pest and lawn care company in Sarasota and Bradenton, Fla.
Brock 360 services customers in the high-growth Florida markets of Fruitville, Palmer Ranch, Southgate, Pinecraft, Lakewood Ranch, Old Miakka, South Sarasota, Lake Sarasota and Siesta Key. All existing employees of Brock 360 will become members of the Arrow team.
“With this merger, we are expanding our presence in the thriving Sarasota region and are excited to welcome the team members and customers of Brock 360 to the Arrow family” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, CEO of Arrow Exterminators. “We look forward to the opportunities this merger will bring and the positive impact it will have on our customers, team members and the local communities in which we serve.“
Rentokil Terminix announced the acquisition of two California-based companies: Humboldt Termite and Pest and Pestgon Professional Pest Management.
Founded in 1997, Humboldt Termite and Pest, Arcata, Calif., serves California’s North Coast region with a focus on all-natural and non-chemical pest control options.
Pestgon, based in Oceanside, Calif., was established in 1980 and offers residential, commercial and termite control as well as repair services.
