QUEBEC CITY, Quebec — Maheu&Maheu, the largest pest management company in the province of Quebec, announced the construction of new headquarters, which also will house its storage facilities as well as the regional office of Québec /Chaudière-Appalaches.
In line with its sustainable development policy, the building will be LEED Certified and located at 605 des Rocailles Street in Quebec City. This is straight in the neighborhood of the current Head Office on Bouvier Street where the company has been operating for the last 25 years.
This $3 million investment consolidates 50 jobs in the immediate Quebec region. These new ultra-modern installations will help support the growth spurt of the third largest player in the Canadian pest management industry whose offices were no longer large enough despite recent expansions.
The company employs 105 people in 5 regional offices and operates in Ontario, Quebec and New Brunswick. Maheu&Maheu covers the country with its network of sub-contractors and can service the United States through its affiliation in the Food Protection Alliance.
