Suspend SC
Bayer Environmental Science offers Suspend SC Insecticide with DeltaGard. Suspend SC’s low-dose rates and broad-spectrum control make it a good choice for pest management professionals providing mosquito control services around residential and commercial structures. Suspend SC offers the benefits of deltamethrin, a single pure isomer that provides quick knockdown and excellent residual. When treating for mosquitoes, Suspend SC can be applied in a residual barrier treatment targeting resting areas and other dense, cool and damp areas. Residual barrier treatments with Suspend SC will reduce mosquito populations and help add value to your service. In addition, Suspend SC leaves no visible residue, has virtually no odor, and won’t clog spray equipment. Bayer ES also offers Scourge, a mosquito adulticide featuring the pyrethroid resmethrin with PBO that causes fast knockdown and death with no "biting frenzy" and a residual that’s measured in minutes, not weeks. Since Scourge is non-corrosive, it won’t damage spray equipment or the paintwork of cars.
TalstarOne
TalstarOne multi-insecticide, from FMC Corporation, provides excellent residual control of adult mosquitoes. Featuring the proven active ingredient bifenthrin, TalstarOne multi-insecticide is significantly less irritating to mosquitoes than other insecticides, according to the manufacturer. Therefore, mosquitoes that land on surfaces treated with TalstarOne multi-insecticide are more likely to rest, contract a lethal dose and die. TalstarOne multi-insecticide is user-friendly. It is easy to apply using a hand or power sprayer, does not leave any visible residue, does not cause throat irritation and is non-staining. TalstarOne multi-insecticide is labeled for use around buildings, perimeters, lawns and ornamentals, and can be used to treat limbs of shade trees, flower beds, shrubs, tall grass and shaded areas.
Riptide

Riptide is ideal for fogging and ULV applications, and will not harm landscaping plants and foliage. In addition, it is non-flammable.
Demand CS
www.syngentaprofessionalproducts.com
Demand CS from Syngenta Professional Products combines an advanced generation pyrethroid with a unique capsule suspension formulation for outstanding protection against numerous perimeter insect pests, including mosquitoes. Demand’s iCAP Technology packs at least 10,000 powerful microcapsules of control into every square inch of treated surface. Each capsule includes the active ingredient lambda-cyhalothrin, which is shielded from UV rays, pH extremes and surface absorption. Demand CS features an advanced microcap technology made of two layers, which work together for structural support and diffusion resistance. The active ingredient is held within the "intelligent" microcapsules until they selectively attach to insects. The microcapsules adhere to the waxy cuticle surface of an insect because of the product’s lipophilic, or fat-loving, attraction. This adhesion allows for easy pickup and transfer of the capsules. Proven effective on more than 30 insect pests, Demand CS provides quick knockdown. It has broad labeling, which includes structural, turf and landscape pests for both indoor and outdoor use. Demand CS reduces applicator exposure with extremely low use rates and a water-based solution with little to no odor or staining.
Kontrol
Univar’s private label mosquito control products, Kontrol 2-2 and Kontrol 4-4, are permethrin-based products that offer superior formulations and broader labeling than competing products, according to the manufacturer. Their quick knockdown means they start working in just seconds. Insects are both knocked down and controlled for good. As an added bonus, Kontrol has proven to be effective against a wide range of mosquito species, as well as biting and non-biting midges, black flies and most Diptera.
