Installed by licensed pest management professionals, the blown-in cellulose insulation contains 14.72% orthoboric acid to combat pests in attics, wall voids and crawlspaces. Nisus said Pro-Shield complements its trusted borate-based products such as Bora-Care and Tim-bor, offering pest control companies a new revenue opportunity while helping homeowners safeguard their homes. Made from 100% recycled cellulose and up to 50% renewable energy, Pro-Shield meets the company’s sustainability standards.

The update enhances convenience and compliance for licensed ZYTHOR fumigators. According to Ensystex, the most significant change is the removal of the mandatory activation code requirement, allowing users to download the app and begin precise fumigation calculations instantly, eliminating administrative delays in the field. Version 3.0 also adds expanded features for monitored jobsites, enabling operators to log, track and manage key compliance data more efficiently. Ensystex said this upgrade ensures complete digital records for every operation. The updated Zythor FumiCalc app is available now on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Clarke, a global provider of public health vector management solutions, announced it has acquired Becker Microbial Products and its AquaBac larvicide line, including Becker’s proprietary Bacillus thuringiensis subspecies israelensis (Bti) strain. The deal, Clarke’s largest in nearly 80 years, expands the company’s larvicide portfolio, which also includes the Spinosad-based Natular line, which is environmentally friendly and OMRI Listed for use in and around organic areas, according to Clarke. The addition of AquaBac enhances larval control options and supports resistance management strategies, Clarke reported. “Natular and AquaBac go hand in hand, helping keep communities livable, safe and comfortable,” said Allen Gent, president and chief executive officer of Clarke. The manufacturer also announced it acquired the Bti strain’s technical registration.
