Thanos

The Thanos MK47 rodent trap uses an infrared sensor to detect rodents and trigger a spring-powered strike that resets automatically, according to the manufacturer. The company said the device can operate for up to 300 strikes per charge. The trap is weather-resistant and intended for use in homes, on farms and in commercial facilities. It does not use CO2 cartridges, rodenticides or glue, and the manufacturer says it can be maintained easily and used in areas where pets and children are present.

FieldEdge by Xplor and Service Autopilot by Xplor have announced a new integration with Coast, a fuel card and fleet management platform. The partnership provides service businesses with GPS-powered tools aimed at improving fuel management and fraud prevention. By combining Coast’s fuel card technology with FleetSharp GPS tracking, users of FieldEdge and Service Autopilot gain real-time insight into fuel usage and spending. The integration is designed to help fleet managers block unauthorized fuel purchases, track mileage automatically and detect discrepancies, according to Coast.

Coxreels

Coxreels offers multiple stainless steel grade options, including complete stainless steel reels and powder-coated steel reels with stainless steel fluid paths. Customers can choose 316 or 304 grade stainless steel for fluid paths on many reel types to match the corrosion resistance required for their application, according to the company. Coxreels’ spools and frames will remain 302/304 grade stainless and are available with an optional electro-polished finish for added corrosion resistance. According to the company, 302/304 and 316 are the primary stainless steel types used in the reel industry.

Housecall Pro has launched AI-powered, hands-free invoicing for its home services software platform. Housecall Pro said technicians can now generate and send invoices using simple voice commands, reducing manual entry and speeding up payments. Housecall Pro said this new feature is designed to help service professionals save time and focus on their work, without sacrificing timely billing. The system supports payments via credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, and includes automated follow-ups and digital tipping, all designed to help increase cash flow, Housecall Pro said.
