ONLINE EXTRA: Listen to Lloyd Pest Control’s Radio Ads

The July PCT feature “Big Time Radio” details how Lloyd Pest Control has used radio commercials to make a Hollywood-like advertising splash. Lloyd’s “Bad Bugs” radio campaign, is a series of four spots produced in Hollywood by Bert Berdis and Company. Their “Interrogation” commercial starred famed Hollywood impressionist and comedian Billy West (also known as the cartoon voice of both Ren and Stimpy) as a petulant termite who refused to admit his crime, despite all evidence pointing to the contrary.
