The Face of Rodent Technology

2025 will always be remembered as a landmark year for Bell Laboratories. After 51 successful years under the ownership of the Stack family, Bell transitioned to the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies. Bell’s Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer Patrick Lynch, A.C.E., shared, “We are grateful for the Stack family’s more than 50 years of leadership and are proud to be the vehicle through which Warren Buffett, Greg Abel, and their Berkshire Hathaway team entered the pest control industry.”

Looking forward with gratitude and his trademark enthusiasm, Lynch remarked, “As I begin my 20th year at Bell, I remain humbled by the education, support, loyalty, trust, and security the wonderful people of the pest control industry have provided me personally. Because of this, safeguarding industry peers and partners will always be top of mind. Now more than ever, it’s critical to maintain access to rodenticide tools to protect the public health.”

Bell remains committed to providing the largest breadth of rodent control tools available, while keeping an eye toward continued innovation.

“iQ rodent monitoring products, Contrac California, Contrac 24, Cadet, and Detex Soft Bait are products we recently developed and launched to give our partners the knowledge and tools to grow their rodent control business and protect their customers,” Lynch explained. ”We will continue advancing our training platform to educate and support our PMP partners in the effective approach of targeted rodenticide usage by utilizing technology and data driven analysis. As always, our commitment to our partners and our people remains unwavering.”
