Thomas Pest Services employees cut the ribbon at the company’s new office.

Thomas Pest Services cut the ribbon on its new office in Albany, N.Y., in January, drawing local leaders, partners and longtime supporters to celebrate. The event showcased the physical expansion of the business to a third location.

What began in 2010 as a small operation launched by husband-and-wife duo Bill Clark and Sarah Thomas-Clark has steadily grown into a company recognized for its integrity, responsiveness and relationship-driven approach, the company said.

“This new location represents a new chapter for our team,” said Sarah Thomas-Clark, vice president and co-founder. “Every step of our growth has been shaped by the people who believed in us, from our earliest customers to the incredible employees who carry out our mission every day. We are proud of how far we’ve come and inspired by the opportunities ahead.”

Forty-four leaders completed the current program, which started in October 2025 and equips emerging and established leaders with the knowledge, relationships and regional perspective needed to engage effectively in public policy, community development and collaborative problem-solving, according to OEP.
