Massey Services, Orlando, purchased ECOSHIELD Pest Control of Dallas, Houston and San Antonio, Texas. The acquisition of these locations expands Massey Services’ presence in the Texas market. Massey has residential service centers in Austin, Dallas, Euless, and Plano and commercial service centers in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio. The Potomac Company represented and acted as the exclusive financial adviser to ECOSHIELD in the sale.
Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced the merger and acquisition of Alapestco to provide Arrow the opportunity to strengthen its presence in the Birmingham market and better serve commercial customers throughout central Alabama. Alapestco will join the other Arrow Exterminators offices in the Birmingham market and will ultimately operate as Stark Exterminators, an Arrow Exterminators company.
