The Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA) released its artificial intelligence (AI) research findings for August 2021, which showed a 174% uptick in engagement around the topic of hornets.
Other key findings included
- Engagement around the topic of raccoons increased by 435%.
- Engagement around the topic of spiders in Michigan increased by 21,173%
- Engagement around the topic of wasps in North Carolina increased by 4,882%.
