FAIRFAX, Va. - The Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA) released its artificial intelligence (AI) research findings for September 2021, which showed engagement around the topic of termites increased 655% from August 2021 to September 2021, representing the highest increase out of any other core pest during that time.
Other key findings include:
• Engagement around the topic of mice increased 22% from August 2021 to September 2021.
• North Carolina showed a significant increase in engagement for a variety of pests: spiders (8,375%), mice (7,743%), and ticks (4,281%).
• Engagement around the topic of mosquitoes had a stark increase of 13,799% in Michigan.
