FAIRFAX, Va. - The National Pest Management Association’s (NPMA) Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) Council is excited to be able to offer grants up to $500 to local networks to help support them in hosting of state events.

“The greatest hurdle most PWIPM local networks face in their first few years is paying for events and creating promotional materials. The PWIPM Council heard that need, and the members are excited to be able to meet it,” said Allie Allen, PWIPM Staff Liaison. “We want to thank everyone who has participated in a PWIPM fundraiser at an NPMA event or by buying gear at www.pwipm.org — that’s what makes this possible!”

PWIPM fundraises throughout the year in order to help support local networks to ensure every woman in the pest management industry gains the benefits of PWIPM, and furthers our mission to attract, develop and support women in the pest management industry through educational programs, resources and peer networking.

How to Apply:

A local network representative will need to fill out the survey to apply for a local network grant. Upon completion of the survey your application will be reviewed by the PWIPM council for approval.

Please note:
• Grants up to $500 are available throughout the year as funds allow.
• A single local network will not receive more than $500 per year.
• Eligible networks are listed at www.pwipm.org/get-involved/local-networks
