Rollins, Inc. reported fourth-quarter profit of $38 million. On a per-share basis, the Atlanta-based company said it had net income of 17 cents. The operator of Orkin and other pest and termite control services posted revenue of $385.6 million in the period. For the year, the company reported profit of $167.4 million, or 77 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.57 billion.
