Rollins, Inc. Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2016 Results

The company reported fourth-quarter profit of $38 million. For the year, Rollins reported profit of $167.4 million, or 77 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.57 billion.


Rollins, Inc. reported fourth-quarter profit of $38 million. On a per-share basis, the Atlanta-based company said it had net income of 17 cents. The operator of Orkin and other pest and termite control services posted revenue of $385.6 million in the period. For the year, the company reported profit of $167.4 million, or 77 cents per share. Revenue was reported as $1.57 billion.

Rollins, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Rollins, Inc. stated, "The positive performance we achieved in our fourth quarter and for the full year reflects the success of our 2016 initiatives.  We were especially pleased that this year we again exceeded our revenue and profit plans, and we surpassed the $1.5 billion revenue milestone.  The Fourth Quarter results represent our 43rd consecutive quarter of improved revenues and earnings."
