SINGAPORE — More than 250 pest management professionals from 23 countries gathered at the Shangri-La Hotel in late June in Singapore for the 2nd International Pest Control Convention and Exhibition. The convention was organized by the Pest Control Association of Singapore in conjunction with the 12th Federation of Asian and Oceana Pest Managers Association Convention.
The theme, "New Directions for the 21st Century," encompassed technical, educational and business sessions. Among the featured speakers from the United States were Norman Cooper, Judy Dold, Norman Ehmann, Dr. Ted Granovsky, Robert Kunst and Dr. George Rambo.
