FREDRICKSVILLE, Va. — Perma-Treat Pest Control Company Inc., Fredricksburg, Va., has purchased Tappa-Bug Pest Control Inc., Tappanhannock, Va. With the addition of Tappa-Bug, PermaTreat will expand its business area to 18 counties in Virginia, covered by seven branch locations.
VW&R RELOCATES SOUTHEAST OFFICE
Austin, Texas — Van Waters & Rogers Inc., distributor of pest control products and services, recently relocated its PP&S Atlanta (Norcross) office to Chamblee, Ga.
The new 40,000-square-foot warehouse has a full-service will call display area as well as a conference center that is available to rent for meetings. The Chamblee facility will continue to support sales operations for all of the Southeast District locations.
