The past 18 months have been unusual to say the least. But what has helped me get through it? My wonderful Rock Stars at Arrow Exterminators here in Atlanta. Our company, which is made up of 2,750 team members in 145 service centers in 12 states, is the THE BEST! They are hard-working, dedicated and most of all committed to providing the ESSENTIAL service of pest management services EVERY DAY.
For more than 57 years, ever since my grandparents, Starkey and Imogene Thomas, founded Arrow Exterminators in the back of a beauty parlor, our company has been passionate about pest control. Whether that’s protecting homes against termites, ants and mosquitoes or restaurants against rodents and cockroaches, we are dedicated to protecting the health and property of our community and customers. And never has this been more obvious than in the past year-plus. We’ve always known how important our services are, but now the rest of the world does too.
Like we’ve done in years past, this summer, Arrow Exterminators teamed up with PCT magazine and Randy Gravitt to produce the Million Dollar Club. This year’s virtual meeting was FANTASTIC, but if you missed it, no problem. On the following pages, you’ll find a thorough report of what was discussed among Randy and the PMPs in attendance. We’re so honored to continue to have the opportunity to sponsor the Million Dollar Club and sincerely hope we’re bringing value to you and your team in your day-to-day operations.
Why do we call it the Million Dollar Club? My dad, Arrow’s Chairman of the Board Joe Thomas, has always said the first million dollars in revenue at Arrow were the very hardest to hit and then to exceed. He has always talked about all the wonderful people in the industry who helped mentor him and guide him, and this was another way for Arrow to give back to an industry that’s been so good to us. To that end, since our business has learned so much from Randy and his team, we wanted to share it with those companies who are earning revenues in that million-dollar range. But even if you fall outside that revenue number, that’s great too. I am POSITIVE you will find some serious value in these articles.
As we continue to navigate through the many challenges the world throws at us, I encourage you to keep doing what you’re doing! Keep providing awesome pest control services to your customers, and best of luck growing your business in the coming months and years. And if Arrow Exterminators can ever help you, just ask. We love to host fellow PMPs at our offices, so consider this an open invitation to come visit Arrow’s home campus in Atlanta any time!
We wish you the best of luck and look forward to continuing to celebrate your success with you!
