RALEIGH, N.C. — State Pest Control, a subsidiary of Environmental Pest Service, announced it has acquired ProForce Pest Control’s Raleigh metro branch. The deal expands State’s presence in east and central North Carolina and adds approximately $3 million in recurring revenues, 14 employees and more than 7,000 new customers.
“ProForce has built a great company and we are excited for our partnership,” said Michael Rolman, vice president of operations for EPS. “This partnership will allow us to continue to grow quickly in the North Carolina market and build density in the markets that we already serve throughout the Raleigh metro area.”
ProForce Pest offers residential pest control services, including treatments for general pest, mosquito and termites. The ownership and leadership of ProForce will be focusing on continuing to grow their Charlotte branch.
“We’re thrilled to partner with the EPS team,” said Spenser Morgan. “Their focus is very much in line with ours and I’m confident that our customers will experience the same great service that they’ve come to expect from their local team.”
Paul Giannamore and Ericka Andes of The Potomac Company acted as exclusive financial advisor to ProForce.
