Prior to American Greetings, Ho served on the leadership team that created direct-to-consumer online auto insurance at Progressive Insurance, where he also built Progressive’s digital marketing capability and led brand development. He began his marketing career in brand management at Procter & Gamble and SC Johnson, where he was responsible for driving growth through many brands, including Windex, Cascade, and Raid.
