Terminix Service, Columbia, S.C., in March announced the acquisition of GreenShield Pest Control, also located in Columbia. Terminix Service has multiple locations in Columbia in addition to full service throughout South Carolina, western North Carolina and the Central Savannah River area of Georgia.
“We’re excited to join forces with another successful local business in the Columbia area,” said Scott Fortson, president of Terminix Service. “It’s great to expand our reach in the Midlands while continuing to enhance our operation and the services we provide to our customers.”
Family-owned and -operated ,Terminix Service is the largest franchise of the Terminix International franchise system. The company has been in operation for more than 65 years.
