TCCG Announces Acquisition of Dr. Jack's

ORLANDO, Fla. - The Clendenin Consulting Group announced the acquisition of Dr. Jack’s Lawn Care, Termite and Pest Control by Fairway Lawns.

The owners of Dr. Jack’s, Rick and Jim Reinhardt, will remain on for a short while to assist in the transition for the Dr. Jack team and its customers. The acquisition expands the Fairway presence in a very important central Florida market.

Fifty-two years ago, Dr. Jack’s was founded in 1972 by Dr. Jack Reinhardt and his wife Kay Reinhardt. The company has maintained a strong reputation for quality, customer retention and employee retention. This reputation continued under the leadership and ownership of Rick and Jim Reinhardt, the sons of Dr. Jack and Kay.
