Sprague's Alfie and Ross Treleven said the decision to pass the torch of CEO involved years of conversations that have now come full circle for the fourth-generation, family-owned company.
Sprague Pest Solutions announced a significant leadership transition as Alfie Treleven steps back from his role as CEO. Ross Treleven, the current president of Sprague, will assume the position of president & CEO.
Alfie has been a cornerstone of Sprague since 1981, when he joined his brother Larry Treleven as the second member of the third generation of Treleven's to lead the company. Over the past four decades, under Alfie's stewardship, Sprague has evolved from less than $1 million annual revenue company to over $48 million by 2023.
