Trad's Pest Control CEO Denise Trad-Wartan explains why it's important to invest in your employees at all levels within the company.
Trad-Wartan was nominated for the Women's Impact Award at this year's NPMA Women's Forum in Charleston, S.C. Trad-Wartan spoke with PCT at the event to share how her company has gained a steady growth pattern over the past 52 years, and why it's important to personally and professionally invest in your customer and employees.
She explains why being the "company with 20 to 30 percent growth," is not a sustainable growth model for the company, but rather be the company with 10 to 15 percent growth that remains manageable overtime.
