Hamue, director of operations at Joshua's Pest Control, and NPMA Women’s Impact Award recipient, spoke with PCT Digital Editor Amanda Donchatz on team development and training employees to become experts in the pest control industry.
Hamue has been with Joshua's Pest for over a decade, and said having a lot of in-field and office training led up to her receiving Associate Certified Entomologist (A.C.E.) credentials.
