LaJaunie Pest Control requires all technicians to send a selfie video report at the end of each service to customers to encourage successful relationships between the company, technician and customer.
Jared LaJaunie, owner of LaJaunie Pest Control, Thibodaux, La., and Matt Theriot, sales and marketing manager, came up with a selfie technician video report that was sent directly to the customer after each service was completed to support the successful relationships between the company, service technicians and customers.
The selfie video reports are now a part of the technician hiring process. PCT Publisher Jodi Dorsch spoke with LaJaunie and Theriot on integrating a video report into their business model, how the videos create meaningful customer relationships and challenges technicians face when creating videos.
