Melanie Matthews, vice president of Modern Exterminating Company, Inc. spoke on a panel at the NPMA Women’s Forum in Charleston, S.C. on creating positive company culture.
Matthews said she believes creating company culture starts in leadership and management and trickles down through the rest of the company.
