Marillian Missiti, president of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA), and Buono Pest Control, Belmont, Mass., said the company specializes in commercial accounts, but has seen growth in the residential sector, adding "work is out there in the pest control industry."
At this year's NPMA Women's Forum, Missiti nominated her in-field technician, Nicole Todisco, for the Women's Impact Award to acknowledge her continued passion and growth working with Buono customers in the field.
Missiti also shared what she's looking forward to in her upcoming term as NPMA president.
