Rick Cooper was one of the featured speakers at the second of PCT’s Bed Bug Seminars, which was held last month in Orlando. Cooper, technical director of Cooper Pest Solutions, has become one of the leading industry experts on bed bugs. Cooper’s presentation focused on how to identify and control bed bug infestations in a wide range of accounts. PCT’s Brad Harbison caught up with Cooper at the seminar for a video segment in which Cooper discusses recent bed bug trends, challenges in controlling this pest and several other subjects related to this challenging pest.
