Nancy Troyano, director of operations education and training for Rentokil Terminix, attended this year’s NPMA Women’s Forum as an Impact Award recipient. Troyano leads new hire, continuing education, structural design and field-based teams for North America. Each team is operated by female leaders in the company.
Troyano shared her introductions to the pest control industry as a former veterinary technician and how she’s crafted a team of female leaders working alongside her.
