Harlow-Ellis, technical specialist at Mosquito Joe, spoke with PCT on the need of giving "another good push for the professionalism" for the industry in hopes to change the perception of pest control being labeled as an “uneducated trade.”
"A lot of times people look at pest control operators as being in an uneducated trade, but it's not," she said in a recent interview. "There's a lot of science, math and business aspects. There are so many opportunities available in the industry that people don't see because it gets masked as being 'the fancy garbage man."
