Tova Barbour, CEO, Revolution National Pest Council, Carson, Calif., was one of this year’s NPMA Impact Award recipients at the Women’s Forum in Austin. PCT interviewed Barbour on her pest control career and how she and her husband, Sterling Barbour, train individuals to establish a career in the industry that promotes economic growth, diversity and inclusion for minorities, women and veterans.
