Phil Cooper, president of Cooper Pest Solutions, has taken a special interest in the subject of customer service. Cooper also will be among those scheduled to speak at PCT’s upcoming “Growing Your Business Summit: Successful Growth Strategies in Challenging Economic Times,” which is scheduled for February 11 - 13, 2009 in Orlando, Florida. His presentation is titled "Bed Bugs Are Back! Profiting from This Re-Emerging Pest."
