<FONT color=blue>Video Podcast:</FONT> Arrow's Joey Edwards Discusses Transitioning Employees

During PCT’s Mergers & Acquisitions Seminar, held in Orlando in December, Joey Edwards, senior vice president, acquisitions, technical services and quality control, Arrow Exterminators, gave a presentation titled “Successfully Transitioning Employees Following An Acquisition.” Edwards discussed how Arrow has been able to successfully “blend” employees from newly acquired companies into the Arrow organization. During the past 10 years Arrow has been one of the most active pest control companies in terms of acquiring other pest control companies.
