During PCT’s Mergers & Acqusitions Seminar, held in Orlando last December, Pam Jordan, president of Acquisition Strategies, gave a presentation titled “Preparing Your Business for Sale: Mistakes to Avoid.” Jordan discussed a variety of topics including the need to “Always be prepared to sell your business but operate it with the mindset that it will be yours forever.”
