FREMONT, Calif. and IPSWICH, UK — @Road, Inc., a leading provider of solutions for Mobile Resource Management (MRM), announced that its wholly-owned European subsidiary, @Road, Ltd., has entered into a reseller agreement with Vodafone UK. Under the terms of the agreement, @Road will resell Vodafone wireless data services bundled with the @RoadR GeoManager field force management service in the UK. Vodafone UK has 16.2 million customers and is part of the world's largest mobile community, offering a wide range of voice and data communications.

"We are excited about the launch of GeoManager in the UK and equally excited to announce we are offering our MRM services leveraging the data communication capabilities of Vodafone's GPRS wireless network. UK businesses can now experience the same benefits of optimized field force management that more than 150,000 North American @Road subscribers do on a daily basis."
