Also at this year’s ceremony, PCT and Syngenta presented a “Lifetime Achievement Award” to past Crown Leadership Award winner Cindy Mannes. Mannes has served in dual roles as executive director of the Professional Pest Management Alliance (PPMA) and senior vice president of public affairs for the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) for nearly 15 years. In June, she announced she would be retiring at year's end.
